Angela M. Phillips, PT is President & Chief Executive Officer of Images. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, School of Allied Health Professions, she has over 35 years experience as a consultant, healthcare executive, hospital administrator, educator and clinical. Her experience includes extensive experience as a speaker and consultant for inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy and hospital based rehabilitation services including operational assessment and management, performance improvement, clinical programming and accreditation preparation.
In addition to the provision of seminars and consulting services, Images publishes and distributes resources that assist the rehabilitation professional in managing services in today's environment.
Ms. Phillips is a frequent speaker for the American Physical Therapy Association and other professional groups. She is author of “The Desktop Consultant" Series - a group of policy manuals designed to assist the rehabilitation industry in establishing compliant policies and procedures.
Ms. Phillips is the 2006 recipient of the Texas Physical Therapy Association’s Tom Waugh Leadership Award. She has represented the American Physical Therapy Association as the Vice-President for the Section on Health Policy and Administration and actively participates in political issues that affect the industry. She is a frequent contributor of articles to RAC Monitor eNews and participates as a guest on Monday Monitor for issues related to IRFs.
